Roger Else has been a butcher for over 30 years in Stalbridge Dorset selling the finest quality meats with the help of his wife Brenda, son Julian and three full time skilled butchers. His shop is synonymous with quality, choice and exceptional service, maintaining a large stock of well selected products, all presented with skill confidence and flare.

We sell only the finest quality Scotch beef from Turiff in Aberdeenshire, with full traceability and labeling, which is then hung in our own cold rooms for at least four to five weeks before its presented to our customers.

Our fresh chickens and turkeys are all reared locally, and our pork and lamb also come from local Dorset farms. When in season we have a large selection of locally shoot game from the Dorset/Somerset borders and well hung venison from the nearby Sherborne Estate.

A firm favorite with our customers are our handmade pork sausages which are available in 10 different variety's. Home cooked Hams, Turkey and Beef. In our Deli department we keep an excellent range of local produce cheeses.

All our products come from reputable suppliers operating to strict food safety regulations, health and hygiene is always our number one priority.
