ideal for Weddings, Fates, and Special Birthdays etc.
Just imagine the air filled with the distinct aroma
of the roast, and the sight of 120lb of free range
pig spit roasting is certainly a talking point.
We supply all you need to have a perfect
day, 2 Chefs, 150 freshly baked rolls, stuffing, apple
sauce and of course the roast. Cooking takes about
7 hours for a 120lb pig. We start the cooking prior
to arriving at your venue, which we normally require
access to at least 2 hours before your guests arrive.
Our Hog Roast can be cooked in or outdoors, be formal
or informal the choice is yours, allowing you total
flexibility to create the perfect ambiance for that
special occasion.
As well as our Hog Roast we offer
locally produced spit roasted lambs, with fresh mint
jelly or why not try a Scotch Beef carver. Or if you
wish you could hire our chefs for the evening to create
that perfect BBQ for you, just let us know what you’d
like and we’ll do the rest.
